A: In order to enjoy the logged in benefits of SPARK such as posting a story, customizing your search, and keeping track of your favourite volunteering opportunities, you need to create an account. Click on the word Join that appears in the top right-hand section of any page on the website. You can join as an individual if you are looking for volunteering opportunities or join as an organization if you have volunteer opportunities or volunteer stories you want to share. When setting up your login, you will need to provide your name (only needs to be a first name) and a valid email address that you have access to. Don’t worry, your email address will not display anywhere on the website. From there, just follow the instructions and we’ll get you set up!
A. No. There is no cost to join Spark either as an organization or a volunteer.
A. Click on the word Login at the top right-hand section of any page on the website. Click on the Forgot Password link and enter the email address you used to create your account. Instructions will be sent to this account so you can reset you password
A. If you find a story, video or photo that is offensive, please click on the link within the story itself that says, “Report Abuse”. For any other complaints or concerns, email firstname.lastname@example.org

A. We’d love to see your volunteering story posted on SPARK! In order to do so you need to create an account. Both individuals and registered non-profit organizations in Ontario can create accounts and post stories on SPARK. To get started, click on the word Join that appears in the top right section of any page on our website.
